The final part of this project is a set of doors, partitioning the living room from the family room. The doors are bi-fold allowing either the central pair to be opened on their own, or all four to allow full flow between the two rooms.
Again the mouldings are based on existing features in the room, and the door panels are based on French windows elsewhere in the house.
I have included some work-in-progress photos, showing the unadorned frame in which the doors are hung, the glazing bars, one of the doors being assembled, and finally, demonstrating that you can never have too many clamps, the architrave sections being assembled.
